Stay Strong and Stable
This class for adults is strength and stability training in a fun atmosphere. A great introduction to exercises that strengthen the legs and work on balance. This training can add years of independent living while in good health, and the opportunity to manage chronic conditions. Participants will learn how to stay safe by preventing falls.
